Rachel is a career expert in learning and development with a focus on digital media projects and production pipelines and team leadership/agile/curriculum with over 15 years of experience. She is very passionate about digital media and its growth and value. Currently, she supervises graduate students through research and development production pipelines (i.e., websites, mobile apps, games, AR/VR/MR, animations, etc.), while managing the expectations of several stakeholders to deliver working prototypes in 12 weeks.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching films and series, writing children's literature as a published author, and volunteering with various local Vancouver organizations (Volunteer of the year 2019 Bard on the Beach).
